About Me
I am 23 years old and was born in South Africa...have a great love for the outdoors and animals! I have left hemiplegia and Aarskog Syndome which gives me some learning difficulties but nothing stops me from having a go at everything. I am fun loving, GSOH, passionate and loyal. I am studying Expressive Arts at GCSE level and have completed a 2 year apprenticeship in Performing Arts at Richard Stilgoe's Orpheus Centre. I got through to the second stage in the auditions for Big Brother 7. i have auditioned for Shipwreck' for the 2009 programme.I completed a Tall Ship sailing course which was great fun!
TV/Film, Theatre or Modelling Experience
I have been working with the Shyster Shadows Theatre Company [Belgrade Theatre Coventry] for 3 years and have appeared in several productions including Tears and Baubles. Along wih my fellow actors have won the Oska Bright Film Festival Award 2007 for Best Acting...you can see me receiving this award on www.disabilityarts.com! And now in 2009 our film again has been nonitaited for an other award in Cananda. and also we are working on our next performance.
I also do voluntary work behind the scenes at the Loft Theatre in Leamington Spa.
I have studied with CandoCo Dance Company and continue my dance with Motionhouse.

Despite a slight speech difficulty I have the personality to overcome any hurdles. I have a unique style and am versatile, love to dance, enthusiastic and hard working. I never give up!
